Hoodia pills are by far the most common way to buy and take hoodia. Hoodia pills generally come in 1, 2 or 3 months supply. Pills are the preferred method my most people becuase they're easy to take, it's easy to keep track of the dosage and you can take them everywhere you go.

Hoodia Powder is a relatively new way of taking Hoodia. Producers are now starting to mix Hoodia with other natural health products like green tea. Mixing Hoodia and green tea has proven to be excellent for losing weight an general well being. Hoodia in powder form is absorbed into the body very quickly becuase it does not have to be broken down in digestion like pills.
Hoodia Patches
To put it simply, Hoodia patches are a scam. The theory is that the Hoodia extract gets absorbed into your bloodstream through your skin. Studies have proven that if this actually does happen, it's only trace amounts that reach the brain and they have absolutely no effect on suppressing your hunger. There are some health food shops and websites selling these patches, we advise you not to buy them and only choose pure Hoodia products.
Hoodia Liquid
Liquid Hoodia has the same advantages are power Hoodia, it's quickly absorbed into the body and potentially more of the Hoodia extract is absorbed than via a capsule or pill. Liquid Hoodia's main downfall is the price. Liquid Hoodia is not widely manufactured and often costs up to double the price of Hoodia pills or powders.
Hoodia Supplements
Hoodia is also becoming a very popular ingredient in weight loss supplements and fat burners. In these supplements, Hoodia is not usually the main active ingredient. Hoodia supplements usually do not contain as much pure Hoodia as hoodia pills or powders.
